I specialize in gluten-free products, but I can tend to the needs of any allergy. My son has celiac disease, and often, we find hardship in getting decent sweet treats that are gluten-free. Too many times, we have been at restaurants or parties where my son wasn’t able to partake in cake or sweet treats. With tears of not understanding fully why he couldn’t have cake like his friends, this broke my heart and inspired me to start creating sweets he could have.
